I lost about 40 pounds on Weight Watchers two years ago and became a lifetime member. For the first eight months, I weighed in at least once a month and maintained my goal weight and lifetime membership. Then, life got busy and I stopped going to meetings.

I’m still at my goal weight but I haven’t been to meetings in over a year and a half. I would like to go the meetings again. Will they make me join all over again or can I maintain my lifetime membership if I’m still at my goal weight?

Does Weight Watchers Have Fitness Equipment?

Lisa asked:

I am looking to lose a signifigant amount of weight and heard that Weight Watchers works very well. But I need a place that I can work out and I can’t find anything on their website about a fitness area. I don’t want to put my money into something that just tells me how to eat! I don’t need a lecture just serious answers!

I wanted to know if I have to be around 20 or in my 30′s to do weight watchers
Is it still healthy?

audiquestion asked:

For the past 6 weeks I’ve been on Weight Watchers and have limited my points to 18 to 20 per week, and have not been using my flex points. I have also been working out 4 days a week with a trainer (cardio and weights). But I have not lost any weight at all. I need to lose about 20 pounds, and am getting very frustrated. What am I doing wrong?
