I Just Started Weight Watchers, Is It Better to Go to Meetings or Is It Just as Good to Do It Alone?

I’ve done Weight Watchers before and I never went to a meeting. And I lost 30 pounds before I gave up after a month of being on a plateau. Now some of my family members (ones who have lost tons of weight and my mom who is now a member and goes to meetings wants me to go with her. I want to and I can afford it, but I hate weighing myself in front of other people. I know I can get over it, I just need the push.

So what should I do?
